… in Wolfsburg. First one is a chieftain of the american natives and goes by the name of „Smokin Weed“ (Pic). As the name suggests, he is smokin‘ weird things all day long. (Video).
The other new fellow ist a swamp dragon with (concluding from his niggled facial expression and the smoke comin from his mouth) a nasty indigestion. Pretty neat, isn’t he? (Pic)
A whole lotta work…
.. to do. This week I started working for Sigma (again). No, not the Sigma leading clan ~X~, where I train senseless violence, but the firm that takes inventory for some of the biggest supermarkets and DIY-superstores in germany. Thx to Holm, he brought me back into business without asking questions. 🙂
The money is kinda low and work is hard, but thats ok so far. If only my back wouldn’t hurt that much .. getting old sucks. For sure! :-/
Yesterday I upped…
… a whole new version of my TFC-flick. Of course this isn’t final, everything will be trimmed and some stuff will be replaced, so please consider this a 0.1alpha-Version. Nevertheles I think it’s great fun and it already shows, where I am wanting to get the whole thing. Please feel free to give me some feedback.
If your browser opens the flick directly, please try right-clicking the link and select „save as“.
At last …
.. . the newssystem is working again, after having some troubles with the database. A big thx to Markus.
Last week I went to Leipzig just for three sheets of paper, which was – from an economic point of view – a bit senseless, but it was fun anyway. Karsten – who invited himself for the trip 😀 – told me the story of a fatal crash he barely avoided one day earlier. Unfortunately the guy driving behind Karsten wasn’t that lucky. I have to say, it scared me a lot. Let’s always remember, that there are some assholes out there, who can end up your life in a second. And let’s play a lot Quake to train our reflexes.
Take care!
Had a great weekend.
I’ve visited the Games Convention, the biggest fair for computergames in europe. I didn’t manage to get a free Doom³-shirt, so I was somewhat pissed off*, but it was fun anyway.
In the evening we went to „Paulaner“ for big, tasty knuckles and met with Markus and David, who came from Berlin to visit the GC too.
We played rpg’s on saturday and I merely killed the healing-bag of the group (also known as Brin, the unrestrained priest of Heironeous) two times. After all a really nice weekend.
*Ok, to be honest I am STILL pissed off, since the last shirt was gone, when this pimply boy, that was standing right in front of me, received his shirt. Tough luck again, after we didn’t manage to get HL²-Shirts the last year. Even tougher luck, that Karsten got a shirt and joshed me time after time. 🙁
I have finished…
… reading the second book from Robert Jordans fantastic Wheel of Time-cycle and it was just great. I recommend these books to everyone who is into this whole fanasy-thingie – and also to those who don’t. 🙂
I’ve never experienced a fantasy world or campaign which was that detailed, logical and has such a dense atmosphere. Come on guys, go and buy these books, make Robert Jordan rich! 😀
I just want to keep you informed…
… that I am still alive. Maybe not kicking, but alive.
I visited a bunch of friends in the last weeks and I have to say, that it’s great to realize, there are some ppl out there I can really depend on. *hug*
Spam, spam, spam…
Some pricks are using my email-address matti.seidel_at_bigfoot.de as sender for their spam.
So if you’ve received some political related or other spam from that adress, please keep in mind that I AM NOT SENDING THIS mails. Thanks.
Too damn lazy to write news…
… so I just steal some lines from Rahvs newspage, since they are valid for me too. I am such a bad guy. 😀

oh my! my whole body is aching from yesterdays activities! since most people didn’t bring computers and the weather was nice and warm we decided to spend the day at the lake. we were playing volleyball, did barbeque, some people were swimming in the horribly cold water while others were just chillin‘ and in the evening we made a big fire to warm our old bones.
after all it was a very fine day, people had lots of fun and most of us got a sunburn to remember it for some time.
and since i usually don’t do much sport and was giving it all yesterday it just may be that there is not a single spot on my body that doesn’t hurt today. but that’s okay.

I might add, that Rahv fragged OhGott’s frisbee with a stunning powerattack, but this was pretty easy, since Eismann broke it’s spine already with his mighty special-attack, the fearsome left-foot-icecrusher.
I further want to add, that the water was indeed somewhat cold. Something like 2-3 inches cold.
On the occasion of…
… yesterdays football match Germany vs. Netherlands here are some of the eternal truths about our beloved neighbours:
4th place: How is a penalty called in the Netherlands? Miissedje.
3rd place: Why did the Netherlands not participate in the PISA-study? Well, the truth is they tried to participate but dropped in the qualification. ;(
2nd place: Why do all the kids in the Netherlands have such big ears? Cause their parents go to the german border with them, rise them up on their ears and say „Have a look, those guys go to the world cup while we don’t …“ 😛
Aaaand Number 1 truth about the Netherlands is: What does a boy in the Netherlands get, if he can’t play football at all? AN ORANGE STRIP! 😀 😀 😀
Ah and for those of you, who came to read something about my life: SNAFU, nothing to report.
